Most game data is stored only in your browser. Clear site data to delete it, and use Privacy settings to change your ad consent.
Advertising and independence
GoalWord is funded by labelled ads kept away from the game controls. We do not accept payment for player selections or coverage.

Check the accessibility page for known limitations and workarounds. Include the page, browser, and assistive technology in any report.

Corrections
How to report a data issue
Football facts change: players transfer, competitions add teams, and records are broken. A precise report is easier to verify. Use this checklist to prepare a correction, then share it wherever you found GoalWord.
- The player’s name.
- The field that is wrong: club, birth year, nationality, position, or honour.
- The correct value.
- A public source, such as a club announcement, competition archive, or official profile.
- The page or puzzle date where you saw the error.
What happens next
Confirmed corrections are applied to the underlying database and to future puzzles. A past result is not changed retroactively unless the error affects the answer. Read the editorial policy for the full process.

Your guesses, streak, and stats are stored in your browser. They are not sent to a GoalWord account. To delete them, clear site data for this website.
